Simple – just dial 916.478.2722 and speak to one of our super-helpful customer service agents. We currently pick up in the greater Sacramento Area, Stockton and down to Modesto.

We work with several shipping carriers, please call us at 916.478.2722 to arrange shipping.

  • For area’s we deliver, please provide a due date prior to the day you need it back and we will deliver by 5:00PM. However, keep in mind our standard turnaround times which can be found on here (NEED TO CREATE A HYPERLINK TO WEBPAGE).  Cases requiring a quicker delivery will be charged a rush fee.
  • For those outside of our delivery area, please account for time to ship the case. Just give us a call and we will make sure we have the same expectations.
  • You will receive an invoice with each case that is delivered as well as monthly statement detailing the month’s activity. Additionally, your statement will include any previous balances.  You may render payment in the following methods:

  • We handle credit cards a couple of ways:
    1. Fill out our credit card authorization form to leave on file and we will automatically bill your account and email you confirmation – Fast, Easy, Convenient!
    2. Give us a call at 916.478.2722 to make a payment by phone, we’re happy to take this call!
    3. We’re still working on it – but you’ll be able to make a payment through our customer portal in the near future.
